What Makes Our Environment Different - Sugarcane

01. Sugarcane pulp is made of bagasse as raw material, and is formulated into a certain concentration of pulp through processes such as hydraulic pulping and high temperature disinfection. This sugarcane pulp is a natural degradable and compostable plant fiber material.
02. Sugarcane tableware are lighter and stronger, microwavable and freezer safe. They can be used to hold liquid or oily food without leaking or tearing. Compared with other materials, bagasse tableware is more environmentally friendly and more sustainable because it can be easily composted.

A: Our standard lead time is typically 15-30 days after order confirmation and deposit payment. The exact time may vary depending on the product complexity and order volume.

Q2: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: Generally, the MOQ is 50,000 pcs, and special styles MOQ is 100,000 pcs. If there is stock, the MOQ can be 30,000 pcs. Please contact our sales team for detailed information on the products you are interested in.

Q3: What are your price terms?

A: We typically work with FOB (Free On Board) price terms, but we can also accommodate CIF, DDP, and other terms upon request. We accept payment in USD and EUR via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).

Q4: Do you offer free samples?

A: Yes, we offer free stock samples for quality evaluation. You only need to cover the courier cost. For custom samples, a molding fee may apply, which is often refundable upon placing a bulk order.
